Policy Engine for Granular Access Control At the heart of our collaboration is building a policy engine that runs on verifiable data. This policy engine enables fine grained access controls following the well specified ODRL policy classes. Adding the policy engine to TinyCloud enabled access to data based on powerful parameters (i.e. credential-based access, time-based access, location-based access, and more) in a way that is trusted and verifiable. This allows for the creation of high-value gated venues such as professional associations in the legal, medical, and financial spaces, but also the ability to create structured community data stores for Network States and high trust groups who want to own and control the data in their Network collectively. Gated venues will range from the simple, such as gated chats and online communities, to the more complex gating and sharing of physical assets.

Zero-Trust Data Marketplace with Marketplace Capabilities TinyCloud and Aqua are coming together to build a zero-trust architecture for selling data using TinyCloud instances, Aqua protocol, our shared policy engine, and EigenCloud TEEs for verifiable execution, with on-chain escrow services to ensure trustless data transactions.

This platform uses verifiable, trusted execution environments, cryptographic receipts, and smart contract escrows to ensure buyers receive promised data while guaranteeing sellers get paid—without requiring either party to trust the other. By combining TinyCloud’s object capability-based data sharing, Aqua’s legal contract integration and cryptographic verification, our shared policy engine, and EigenCloud’s TEE infrastructure, we solve the fundamental trust problems that lead to data marketplace failures while enabling legally-binding data transactions with institutional credential verification.
